TO ASK YOURSELF ON A DAILY BASIS!

It is easier than you might think to transform your life, but it requires consistent diligence and a willingness to pay attention to your internal landscape. By doing so, you will uncover your deepest hopes, dreams, and desires, and you will develop the ability to let your "knowing" self guide you in the right direction.

To get started, you might want to ask yourself the following questions each morning when you first wake up. Write the questions and your responses in a journal. It will become your guidebook as you begin to chart your course.

What is the most important thing I want to achieve today?
By answering this question, you determine your priorities and increase the chances of accomplishing them. You might want to add one or two additional items,
but don't overwhelm yourself.

What do I need to do to make this happen?
Trust your gut to know exactly what you need to do to accomplish your goals.
All you have to do is listen to that quiet voice inside yourself.

What mood do I want to create for myself today?
Becoming aware that you create your own mood is a powerful mechanism for transformation. By intentionally setting out to do so, you will discover this amazing ability inside yourself.

What thoughts will I need to think in order to create this mood?
Once you have determined the mood you plan to create for the day, your answers to this question will give you some guidelines for doing so.

What do I need to let go of today?
What is draining you of energy? Maybe you want to get rid of the excess papers on your desk. Perhaps, you need to let go of some anger that has been feeding negative energy. Maybe there's a nagging errand you need to complete in order to be able to let it go.
You decide.

What is one small thing I can do today to step out
of my comfort zone just a little?
The ability to take small risks in the right direction is key to taking charge of your life.
It's scary, but if you do so on a continual basis you'll create a
tremendous amount of faith in your own abilities.

Reflecting on my day before going to bed, what do I want
to be able to say about it?
Determining the answer to this question in advance also helps you to steer your life
as opposed to allowing it to steer you.

What action step do I need to take in order
to move closer to my dream-come-true life?
If you do something every day to move your dream forward, you will be surprised
at how effortless the process becomes. Before you know it,
you will be living the life of your dreams!

Who will I turn to for support?
Knowing the answer to this question will be invaluable if you experience difficulties along the way. It might be a close friend, a spouse, parent, or life coach. Make sure it is someone you trust and who will support your efforts.

What will I do to nurture myself today?
This is not a dress rehearsal for your real life. Each day is a gift to cherish. Make sure that you demonstrate to yourself that you matter by doing something special in the way of self-care each day. After all, if you don't deserve it, who does?
